OBD-I Compatible Vehicles
AKM Electronics
A great resource if you are looking for OBD-I interfaces and software scanners. They also sell cables for GM OBD-I systems made from approximately 1986 to 1995

Jeff Noxon's OBD-II page
Contains plans to build a device to interface RS-232 (a laptop computer) to the ISO9141-2 / SAE J1962 (OBD-II) diagnostic connector on many Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Skoda automobiles. His circuit also works on some OBD-I compliant vehicles.

BAT Auto
An excellent website by auto technicians for auto technicians. Once there, you may ask a question about your vehicle on a public forum, read scan tool reviews, find specific trouble code definitions for OBD-II and OBD-I vehicles, and do a few other things.

OBD-CODES.com
From the authors: "This site is the premier OBD trouble codes resource site. Instead of just giving you a cryptic description of what a trouble code means, we offer a lot more information on trouble codes: troubleshooting tips, symptoms, and possible solutions. We strive to give you the most troubleshooting information as possible, in one site."
